They could have included more bathroom toiletries apart from just shower gel and shampoo.

not suitable for elderly couples. no elevators. no fire escape. bad air conditioning. it'S abar not A hotel. no inside stairs to second floor could not descend stairs to first floor without getting soaking wet if it was raining. A total disaster

I think mostly is the location, but I think is a little over price over the condition of cleanliness and security.

Friendly and attentive staff in this perfectly situated hotel/bar. The rooms are comfortable and well provided. The cleaning staff were always smiling and welcoming and performed their job to a very high standard. The downstairs bar was also welcoming and provided a keenly priced menu with good wholesome fare.

Whilst not a complaint, the rooms could do with tea making facilities. Minor issue of course but it would make the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

The location was good and my room had a view over the river. The staff were helpful. Facilities were clean and comfortable.

This hotel is extremely overpriced compared to others I have stayed at along the quay. The room is basic but advertises as more of a deluxe room. There was not even any soap! It required using an external staircase. There were effectively no reception services other than key collection. It was no more than a room above a bar. I booked elsewhere for my return visit.

loved the location and place was great value for money. also the complimentary breakfast was awesome. at first i was surprised with the lack of choice but when it came out totally didnt care that i couldnt get something a little less heavy :p

Below the hotel is a bar. Imagine the noise when the band goes life till 12 midnight.

The hotel is in an excellent location right on the water front and on the main road for restaurants and bars. The room was average with a spacious bathroom. The choice of breakfast was good.

We did have a cockroach problem in the room but once we caught them it was ok! As the location was good it is a bit noisy but if you are up late this won't matter.

Fantastic place, good location - 7mins by walk to old market, amazing gardening, lovely swimming pool, big size room with exquisite design, delicious breakfast, sweet staff, in one word, perfect~

My balcony room (205) was awesome. Beautiful view of the river. Comfortable bed. Easy hot/cold water in shower. Good A/C. Very friendly staff. Guest-friendly. My friend's standard room (207) could not get hot water in shower. The traffic can be noisy if you're a light sleeper, but neither of us had problems. Free breakfast can be eaten any time of the day...and it's tasty. Order from the menu (1 of 3-4 breakfast choices), not buffet-style. Generally, expect an American breakfast here. The restaurant sits on the ground floor, facing the river. Beautiful view and an amazing place to have a drink and spend a few hours watching the world go by. Live music some nights. Cheap beer. Very close to nightlife, and easy 5-10min walk to the Central Market. Highly recommended if you can get a balcony room. Not so good if you want hot water and get stuck with room 207. But overall, great spot.

The location is so good. Room look comfortable and nice view.Decoration is good.

The stair where the parth to the room is next to the small street and it look not so safe when Tuk -tuk can say hi to you when you are walking up to the room.Espacially when you are travelling by yourself.No elevator and the lock was broke.No public computor for guest .

First of all I booked a standard room, when we arrived they said the room on the picture of booking com is actually a deluxe room , so we get a room with small windows and absolutely nothing in comparison to that on the picture.The stuff tried to get 20$ more when we asked to change the room.We had to wait till the evening so that the manager was willing to give us a deluxe room (the same that we saw on our booking) without paying additionally. It was disappointing experience even that we get at the end the room that we had booked before. The deluxe rooms are on the side of the big street. However the place and the river view is nice.
